Pediatric patients: High-risk medication:

KIDs List: Dicyclomine, when used in neonates and infants <6 months of age, is identified on the Key Potentially Inappropriate Drugs in Pediatrics (KIDs) list and should be avoided due to risk of apnea (strong recommendation; low quality of evidence) (PPA [Meyers 2020])

Pain during menstruation is called as dysmenorrhoea. If you r suffering from this since long time and if it is not controlled by meftal spas and if you have to stay at home during menses because of pain, then you should get sonography done to find out the cause. It could be ovarian cyst or endometriosis or fibroid also.

Meftal spas is not an antibiotic and is of no use in treating an UTI. You have to visit an urologist and get urine routine and urine culture examination done to ascertain the kind of infection and what treatment you have to undergo.
