First and foremost stop abusing these drugs, consult a psychiatrist/de-addiction centre for therapy as on stopping you may experience serious withdrawal discomfort. Get serum bilirubin, sgpt, sgot for liver testing, get serum urea and creatinine for kidney testing, get x ray chest done for lungs.
