Hello dear, if your pregnancy test is negative repeat in every 7 days till 3 months if still negative after 3 month of absence of periods you should take regestrone for withdrawal. Please do make efforts to reduce weight ,it is the best treatment for it. And medications targeted towards pcod.

The doctors must have suspected pulmonary embolism. Running test like D Dimer has got no role in diagnosing this in non ambulatory patients. Please go for CECT thorax to have an idea of the condition. Is your brother on heparin or warfarin therapy?

the problem your father faces is the blood thinners he is taking for the atrial fibrillation may have to be stopped before the inj for few days. Warfarin may be needed to stop a week before the injection and can be restarted after the vaccination. Aspirin can be conbtinued.

If the thrombus is blocking there since 2015 and has not resolved, it most probably will be for life. Your doctor needs to take a call whether anticoagulant like warfarin/ACITROM should be taken or not. Have you got the work up done why you had PTE in the first place.

Warfarin is a blood thinner, may be during pregnancy another blood thinner like soluble aspirin will be given, she has heart surgery but she can get pregnant like a normal woman and have a normal delivery too, but if delivery is not easy, it can be a lscs -think months ahead, think positive.
