take arnica 30
4pills to be sucked thrice a day
tab biochemic silicea 6xtabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth and apply arnica q (10 ml quantity to be bought)
take 2 drops in 1tablespoon of water and apply over the both cheeks once a day.

No dear it has no side effect on it. u can also try remedy
For hair loss ::
Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water.
Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week.
Use mild herbal shampoo..
Take amla tablets 2 tab twice daily with water for 1 month.
