Please read the dose of each of the vitamins packed in Beplex forte and Neurobion forte. If you have any specific deficiency of any vitamin, it should be at therapeutic level in it. If it is just for maintenance, you can take beplex itself.

Target fasting blood sugar is around 100 and pp around 150. Vit.B12 should be taken in isolation with high dose.
