Your fasting and pp level are normal. However your hba1c is on a lower side. Did you had a low sugar (less than 70mg/dl) in last 3 months. If yes than your medication needs to be changed as low sugar in a heart patient is dangerous. I will advised you to check your sugar before breakfast, before lunch, before dinner, 2 hours after breakfast, 2 hours after lunch, 2 hours after dinner and at 3 am. Whenever you feel dizziness, hunger, sweating or palpitation than check your blood sugar at that time...more

Hi. Increase in creatinine happens due to dysfunction of the kidney. Looking at your history it looks like your father is having chronic kidney disease. Some contribution to everything is partly his aging process as well. However he will need evaluation for the cause of worsening from 1.8 to 2.3. Also his diet seems to be reasonable. Pls meet a nearby nephrologist immediately.

lybrate-user ,I understand your father condition. Since EF is 30, he needs CABG. If you are not willing for surgery you better go for ECCP treatment to relieve the heart block, many centres are available. I do not known from which area you are from, or state- you have not mentioned. You can have ECCP in your area, that is the only alternate to CABG. Other system of medicines will not work much. If the EF reduces further your father will have serious problems, so act swiftly do not delay.
