You should immediately stop this cream. Primarily because it doesn't suit your skin as it contain tretinoin & secondary reason is because it contains a potent steroid in it which is not good for your skin.

first stop mometasone
it is a steroid and will aggravate acne
doxy is fine
use zinderm bpo gel alt night full face peanut size amount for few months and then once a week even if no pimples
stop tretinoin

Hi, any medicated cream can be prescribed only for a few weeks. For long-term use, prefer a routine of moisturizer (dermadew aloe lotion) and sunscreen (faceguard) during the day.

Hello, Cosmelite cream must not be used more than 3 months as it has steroid. There are various treatment for pigmentation. From creams containing hydroquinone to milder ones of Kojic acid, niacinamide, arbutin. There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. You can consult in private with pictures.

Hydroquinone has lots of side effects too. Use acne UV gel in the morning
and Bristaa cream during night for one month Don't go for hydroquinone or steroids over the face.
