2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

Hygiene maintain kijiye. Aapne liye separate towel use kijiye. Nahane ke baad towel se skin dry karne ke baad hi cream lagaiye. Aur 1 month antifungal tablet khaiye aur cream lagaiye .ketoconazol tablet is not recommended now a days for is various adverse effect. So stop it. App itraconazole capsule kha sakte ha aftr nearest dermatolgist consultation. Thanks.

For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily...
Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day..eat healthy n light food ...drink plenty of water...walk 1km daily in evening...follow up after a week.

1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat.
2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc.
3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes.
4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal.
5) have proper rest.

U could be allergic to certain allergans eg dust, pollution, smoke etc
Avoid these allergans.
