there are many causes for redness of eyes mainly allergy, infection, inflammation and dry eyes etc.

First ofall I need to know the cause of paralysis.
If it is stroke due to atherosclerotic plaque than one should avoid high cholestrol diet and smoking.
If the treatment consist of warfarin or similar drugs than spinach and similar diet patterns are to be avoided.
