Additionally, give nasivion s nasal drop--2 drops in each nose 6-8 times/day (especially before feeds). "don't give" zukamin/sinarest. U can use kofarest pd drops.

Don't worry, if you take the above mentioned medications for short term (3 to 4) days, it won't have any effect on the baby.

No it is not necessary unless child is wheezing. Wait for day or two, if there is fever associated with cough and cold see paediatrician again.

dextromethorphan is not recommended for children, rather use Benadryl
avoid all cold and sour foods, if the child is breast fed, the mother as well is supposed to avoid all cold and sour foods

You can sue kofarest and it will control cold also. Not many side effects except sleepiness can occur and is not seever to stop medication . He may need 2.5 ML only
