As a breastfeeding mother, it's crucial to be cautious about the medications and creams you use, as they can potentially transfer to your baby through breast milk. Regarding the black marks on your face, it's essential to have a proper diagnosis to determine the cause of these marks. They could be due to various factors such as hyperpigmentation, hormonal changes, or other skin conditions. Once the cause is identified, suitable treatment options can be discussed.

Have you been prescribed this or you are self medicating? If the skin is looking loose, then that can be treated with simple procedures. After having assessment of why it's also leathery, a suitable procedure can be advised.
Kindly do not use hydrocortisone without any prescription. Using it for such a long time may cause multiple unwanted effects not just on the skin but even inside your eyes. Pls visit an eye specialist to ensure no side effects have occurred.
