you can not give disulfiram without his knowledge. If he consumes wine with disulfiram, it may give a fatal reaction at times. That is dangerous. To de addict him there are other treatments like motivational enhancement therapy, anti craving tablets and treatment of withdrawal symptoms. Many psychiatrists are trained in addiction medicines. It is better that you consult one of them.
First 1-2 weeks, focus will be on assessment or body health, motivational level, admission to hospital and treatment of withdrawal symptoms.
Then for next 9-12 months, he will be given anti-craving medicines and focus will be on prevention of lapses and relapses.

Dear Neeraj,
It is nice that you get disulfiram reaction on you face itself. It is a good aversion for you not to drink alcohol. For that benefit only, disulfiram was given originally.
Disulfiram has a long half life - that means, after stopping disulfiram, for it to leave your body it takes time. So it is possible for you to have its reaction, even without disulfiram.

As such no side effects but should never be given in person who is intoxicated with alcohol.in that case it can cause serious side effects. It can be fatal in some cases of disulfiram-alcohol reaction.

Disulfiram reaction is a medical emergency which needs to be treated in hospital icu set up. Do not try home remedies, and rush to nearest hospital with facilities. Good luck.

There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep.
