15 tablets everyday is abnormal. Ideally it should not be taken more than every 4 hourly basis. Overdosage with paracetamol (usually around 10-12gm/day) can cause severe liver damage. The most important thing is to stop taking so many pills immediately. Does he have any complaints as of now? If he has any nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, jaundice- take him to a doctor immediately.

I think this is the problem of using artificial walkers to make the child to attain milestones early. Normally child should walk at 13 months. I think child is overstraining the muscles. You can give some calcium preparation. The dose of paracetamol is max 15 mg per kg body weight .The dose is slightly more to his age.

Stop smoking and avoid secondhand smoke, which can make cold symptoms worse
Drink lots of fluids such as water and clear soups. Fluids help loosen mucus. Fluids are also important because they help prevent dehydration.
Gargle with warm salt water a few times a day to relieve a sore throat. Throat sprays or lozenges may also help relieve the pain.
