Take tablet levocetrizine every night for 7 days syp benadryl 2 tsp twice daily for 7 days. If symptoms persist consult a nearby physician

You have to treat th ulcer, not only take anti acids.
Apply glycerin on the ulcer. Eat only alkaline foods to help resolve from within. Drink lots of sweet fruit juices. Not add sugar to juice, but sweet fruit. Vitamins will help you heal.
Resist all oily, spicy and stale food.
