pain in ears when child has nose and throat infection is very common. Medicines given were correct. Normally viral fever lasts for 5 days to a week where fever is high, but to be on the safer side and not to miss anything which can be easily treated and also when diseases like dengue and malaria are rampent, its better follow whatever your doctor has adviced.

Please take bryonia 200 - once daily for next 3-4 days.
Do avoid crocin.
Drink plenty of warm fluids.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance sos up to three tablets daily after food
2. Do warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 3-4 times daily
3.Put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily
4.Take viscodyne D syrup 2tsf thrice daily if it is a dry cough or viscodyne syrup if cough is associated with sputum
4. You may have to take antibiotic along with it if no relief
5. consult me for further advice

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For cough take syp ascoril-D 2.5 ml twice a day and take cp amoxicillin 500 mg 1-1 for five days

No need of antibiotics..only continue taking tab Crocin thrice a day..along with well oral liquids n juice..u ll b fine.

ucan take the medicine safely if u are not allergic to paracetamol and it can be taken upto 650 mg 3 times a day
