If bleeding is moderate to more then stop tab and let period come.
If only spotting to mild can increase dose to delay period

Yes it should start within 48 hours.
In some cases it may not bring period.
If you have doubts then you can continue taking it till the function is over. Then stop and you will get the periods.

There are many hormonal drugs in addition to crina ncr for same but any drug can be prescribed by the only doctor who has examined you or can examine you so same gynecologist in details.
It does not affect married life, whether same will work as family planning (contraceptive) or not depends on when started and how consumed so ask about that also to gynecologist.

One gets 3 to 8 days afetr stopping tablets so wait.
If no period after 8 days of stopping then some reports and change in treatment required.
