If bp is controlled, don't change medicines if not, betablockers group is safer as it protects the heart and brain from attack due to blocks in blood vessels besides medicines, reduce her salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and water don't force any exercises. Simple walks are safest so is yoga and meditation.
