Diuretic means medicine which is increase urine output. And it is useful for treatment of swelling and kidney related pathology.
Only urimax is the diuretic.

Nsaids are nephrotoxic, prolonged use can damage kidney and thus raise urea and creatinine levels. Use of nsaids should be avoided.

Please take xray lumbosacral spine ap view and lateral view and review with orthopaedic surgeon simply do not use painkillers for the sake of pain.

I havs ankylosing spondylitis for almost 20 years now and I have been taking etoricoxib 90 mg daily once, sulphasalazine 500 twice a day, folic acid tabs and methotrexate 2 days a week for almost 18 years now due to long periods of taking nsaid etoricoxib my doctor told Mr. my kidney is showing early signs of failure. Also I have been taking bp medicines telmisartan for the past 2 years. I have mow been advised to completely stop etoricoxib and I have to advised to take paracetamol 1000 mg instead and when extreme pain waverdol. I have tried both but my pain is too extreme and all my joint hurts a lot. I am taking nirgundi ras too for thr past 1 week along with paracetamol but pain is still unbearable. Any alternative solutions in ayurveda that is safe for my kidneys and liver and which can help me with my pain in the long run. I would really appreciated any help on this please.

Continuous intake of painkiller can damage kidney. For pain you can take tramadol which will very less toxic effect to kidney. Get dose of medicine adjusted. Do deep breathing exercise to relieve anxiety and in turn pain.

It's better to shift your treatment to Ayurveda. If she undergo detoxification therapy there is all chance to recover.
She needs strict diet plan.
Switch to ayurvedic treatment as soon as possible.
Following medicines can be given.
Cap Arjit forte 2-2-2 for 45 days.
Rasnaerandadi saptadi khada 15 ml twice with equal warm water before food.

Remaining months I feel comfortable. Why is it so? What should I do to overcome it?

Taking eterocoxib for long duration is not recommenced Pain is due to stiffness n that increases in cold Try to keep yourself warm during this period Do regular swimming or similar exercises in which all joints of body are used n movements occur.
