There is tendency for temporary weakness when BP is treated effectively. Weakness should normalize soon. You have amlodipine in both your combination pills. Not a problem but your Dr. should make note of same. Do not change to olmi 20 + H at present. Olmisartan is similar to coversyl. I will be too strong when combined with other medicines.

Stop smoking, which may be cause. You are having allergic rhinits with post nasal drip. Avoid pets. Coversyl also can be cause of cough. Try penclave 625mg three/day with meal when sputum yellow/fevef for 7 days. Conti. Telekast l 1 tab at bed time with duonase nasal sprey. Consult a pulmonologist.
