If no rhonchi in chest then better no wyselone. Get xray chest, cbcesr to r/o lung infection. Flu cough can take some time.

This viral infection spreads when a healthy person comes in contact with the virus, which is present in the droplets discharged in to the air, during sneezing or coughing or when the nose is running. Modern medicine does not have any particular recommendation on this but you can do so if there are no contraindications such as diseases or medicines that increase potassium levels. Taking potassium chloride will not deplete sodium if your kidneys are functioning normally. You will get sodium from several other sources anyway. Table salt is not the only source of sodium.

salt contain sodium chloride ,in which sodium is responsible for increasing blood pressure that is why common salt is avoided in hypertension.and there is no chance of sodium deficiency in body because our raw foods their self are rich source of sodium,like tomato,milk curd,potato,sweet potato,green veg etc.
