Hi Lybrate user serum cortisol ACTH is advised in cases of central hypothyroidism or pituitary tumours to make sure you are not cortisol deficient. MRI is done to find out pituitary tumour in case of high prolactin but high prolactin is not always caused by tumour. Serial MRI is useful if there is large tumour to monitor it's progress. If cortisol is normal than nothing to worry as of now and I will suggest you to apply aloevera gel twice a day for six months over the face and follow up on completion and for muscle power I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months
