Were your periods regular before this?
It can be because of hormonal imbalance. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, fsh, prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.
If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen.
Homeopathy is a very effective for this problem n has very encouraging results. And homeopathic medicines are safe and do not have any side effects at all.

You should be active. Indulge into excercise at least 4-5 days in a week. Choose the excercise that you like such as swimming, gym, cycling, Yoga or join some fitness center that has combination of all excercise.
Monitor the intake of calories and avoid oily, fried or highly sweetened products.
For panic attack consult a Clinical Psychologist who could help you through in process and guide in lifestyle and weight management. All the best.
