The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. Yes, salicylic acid ointment is an effective treatment for wart. You can also use another very useful chemical - trichloro acetic acid for warts.

kindly dont use any steroid (Beclomethasone) for herpes.. it may flare up to dangerous level. Acyclovir is for herpes and Salicylic is for wart. Single size shirt doesn't fit everyone.

Periungual wart is difficult to treat. It can be removed by electro cautery or radio frequency ablation. How ever there is a chance of recurrence.

you can use retino but personally, I suggest you not to do try and error on your face. Go for proper consultation with dermat for your skin assesment and then used prescribed medicine & cream. Otherwise it will cause more problem to your skin.

Hi, pimples require proper assessment and treatment with tablets if persistent or severe. Please see your local dermatologist if salicylic acid bodywash is not helping. Try and have salads and fruits in your diet. Avoid butter, cheese, maida items, and sugary drinks (artificial fruit juice/sodas).

Yes, you can use 1-2% salicylic acid containing facewash.
In case you experience dryness of skin due to these products, use a hydrating moisturiser multiple times throughout the day. If the dryness persists, consider stopping the salicylic acid facewash and use a gentle cleanser.

Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.
