2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
4. Drink Hot Liquids --Hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep With an Extra Pillow Under Your Head-- Elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. Hair loss, now-a-days, is common among males and females of all age groups. We all lose some hair strands everyday, however, some people lose more than normal strands in a day that can cause severe hair loss.
Hair loss is mostly genetic, so if hair loss runs in your family, you are most likely to suffer from hair loss too. Hair loss happens either in clumps, that is overall hair loss, or focussed on any one part of head - especially the crown.

No it may not be safe.
Better discuss with your eye specialist.
My suggestion is to start homoeopathic treatment. It can be better helpful then allopathic medicine.

Avoid using oral steroids for a long time without doctor's supervision. Nasal congestion can be treated with anti-histaminics, saline nasal sprays and steam inhalation. If required, steroid nasal sprays can be used for relief supplemented by short course of decongestant drops containing xylometazoline. It is important to understand cause of nasal congestion for any effective treatment. Kindly consult with a specialist in person and avoid self medicating with steroids.
