Dear sir, multivitamins are not scientifically proven to have any benefit. If you are a healthy person, able to take regular diet, no dietary restrictions, then you don't need these supplements. Because your diet will provide for them. Take your medicine regularly, eat healthy and do some exercises like walking or jogging, avoid stress and smoking and you will be fine.

Atenolol 200 is a quite high dose. Need to consult your cardiologist whether you really need it. Have a close monitoring of your heart rate.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi.
Since it is a medicine prescribed by a general physician, it is best for him to answer on this although I can tell you that I am not aware of this side effect of telmisartan. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.
