Doctor Mai ye jan na chahte hu ke mere baby ko injection lene ke baad to after delivery koi birth defects to nhi hoge na kya mujhe whole nine months ye lena padega.

No the child will not be affected with any birth defect. So nothing to worry. And yes it can be taken upto 35 to 36 weeks of pregnancy.

Dear doc, now am 11 weeks pregnant this is my second pregnancy in my first pregnancy I lose my baby at 28 weeks due to hypertension I didn't take any bp medicines in that time.in this pregnancy, my bp is 139/79 so doc prescribed labebet 100 mg, ecosprin 150, codesoft and prenatal tablets. 1 week back my aca, la,ana reports came in that aca igg 1.62 and igm less than 1.00.and ana antinuclear antibodies are negative, in my la test lupus anticoagulant is absent but ptt is 40.2 which is dc telling little high remaining drvv screen test ,control and ratio is normal only ptt test is little high with 40.2 in that part control and test+control is normal so dc prescribed me lonopin 20 mg injection once a day is that injection necessary pls tell me am very scared to take injection daily is there any alternative I already taking ecosprin 150 mg please help me thank you doctor.

Better take both ecosporin and injection. It not only makes the baby alive. It also prevents baby from getting low birth weight. I would highly recommend it.

I'm 34 years married on feb 15 on 2013. Had 4chemical pregnancies and many icsi and iui failures by now with unexplained infertility and normal reports. Height 158 cms weight 65 kg periods always on time. This time did got periods on 3 oct 2019, did a 3 day frozen embryo transfer of 3 embryos from cimar cochin on 22 oct 2019 took hcg injections on 22nd 25th 28th and 31st with enoxaparin 20 mg twice a day and daily progesterone injections with progynova 2 mg 1 1 2, wysolone 1 0 1, fopymin 1 0 0 ecosprin 75 mg 0 0 1 and duphaston 0 0 1 and got pregnant with hcg level of 211 on 5th nov. Took hcg shots on 5 10 and 15th nov. First t.v.s on 21st nov thursday ((6th week)) revealed a single intrauterine pregnancy with a small gestation sac of 7 mm but no yolk sac, no heartbeat, no foetal pole was seen. Baby was not alive told not a healthy pregnancy asked to wait for a week and come back on 29th nov friday for next scan with continued medications and another hcg shot on 25th nov saying sometimes it grows late or will be placed too far so not seen in the scan. Is that so? Can I hope that there can be a miracle and heart will beat and the yolk sac and embryo will still grow and show up in the scan by next week or is it a blighted ovum/missed miscarriage. Does the yolk sac grow in 7th week. I neither have pregnancy symptoms nor miscarriage symptoms and no bleeding whatsoever. Is my last road to motherhood over or are there chances at all of a healthy pregnancy? How much ever positive I think i'm feeling depressed that its all over. What could be the reason that yolk sac foetal pole and heart beat wasn't seen. Could it be due to my uterus which is though healthy as per scan or is it due to embryo. Please do reply me.

Gd eve. Last week our ivf treatment result-negative. But 3 stages is so good 1. Egg retrieval 2. 6-embryos so good for plasosyte-8 division 3. 2-embryos transferred success. Balance 3-embryos- still freezing. But our doctor says embryos not to set in uterus if tamil says (Karu ottala) what we do next pls consider for success next cycle. I suggest you to take a break for 1 month before going for 2nd cycle with frozen embryos bcoz body needs time to settle. Secondly I would suggest you to ask your doctor to give you additional supporting drugs after embryo transfer probably enoxaparin to increase the success of implantation of your embryos. And don't take stress .everything will happen good. Be positive.

I had still birth at 27 weeks 3 months back due to blood clot and bp after they did apla nd fibrinogen apla was normal but fibrinogen little high so Dr. gave ecosprin 75 mg and folic acid still am using and my blood group is rh- so after my loss they gave anti d also after delivery I got two months periods but this month not came so I did home pregnancy test it was positive am afraid. Only 3 months passed. In this pregnancy can I get any complications pls tell me already I loss my baby that is saddest thing in my life how can I save this pregnancy .actually my cycle length is not crct that's y I didn't know exact ovulation time pls help me.

Your doctor had prescribed it for saving your baby, so its essential in case of recurrent pregnancy loss etc, you will have to check blood coagulation profile frequently along with platelets while on the dug.

Ivf pregnancy, 18th week, twins. Doctor advice me enoxion injection 20 mg twice a day from 2 mnth till end. Does it help to increase the weight and growth of foods as doctor said because I am suffering from both high bp and gestational sugar. My babies are only 200 gms each till now what other help me to increase their weight. please suggest me for special care of babies so that if they, as doc said must be gone through preborn surgery, then their weight done not suffer them.

Your gynaec is right u need to be given Enoxaparin inj as u have high BP n GDM.
200 gms at 18 weeks is normal even for singletons pregnancies.
You should eat good healthy food, rest in left lateral position as the blood supply is better to the uterus that way.u mst hv ur Iron and calcium tablets twice a day. Calcium is beneficial evn in high BP.
Mama Protinex powder can be taken in milk 2 tsp.
Baby wt increases rapidly in last 2 months.
