No mention of duration, presence of wheeze, running nose and fever mentioned. This could be allergy or viral I presume the medicine mentioned is cough, cold formula of wander pharma. It is better to avoid anti allergy medicines for small children for a long period. It is better a paediatrician examines the child for correct diagnosis and cause then prescribe. Pollution allergy etc should be checked. Home remedies are to be tried first or some ayurvedic drops.

You can. The point is why would you want to give medicine for cold. Cold is a viral infection which will go away on it’s own. Allow your child’s immunity to fight it. It will improve her resistance to such common infections. Use medication only if she is in genuine discomfort or developed a fever.

Dear lybrate-user, relax.as far as chronic sinus problems are concerned medicines have little to no role to play. You must explore surgical option as in fess (functional endoscopic sinus surgery. That done and your eye cheek pressure would get resolved, so please consult a good ent specialist for a thorough sino-nasal evaluation.

He has taken just 4 times of normal dose of paracetamol for this age. I don't think it may harm. Give him good quantity of water and keep watching for any abnormal activities. If so, consult pediatrician. Side effects shall pass away after 8 to 12 hours.
