Corex syrup is given only if there is a dry cough. Do you smoke? Is the cough wet (do you bring out a lot of sputum)? Generally cold & cough is on account of an allergy. Coughing can give a person pain in the chest / abdomen. You seem to be having vomitting. Consult a Physician asap.
