Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly. Sir along with your current medicines and age I do not recommend you to take tadalafil which would be very very risky. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance at my private URL

Hi lybrate-user, at this age I your bp is on the higher side you need more checks for having a better libido rather than blaming it to the drug. I would suggest kindly get yourself tested from a cardiologist doctor with mbss, md and dm if possible for detailed evaluation. For more details do consult me online.
