The tablets mentioned are for increasing sperm count and quality. But these kind of drugs are more empirical. There is no hard clinical evidence to suggest that these drugs produce a definite benefit. Have got your sperms tested for number and quality? If not then better to get it done. Thanks.

Yes ascazin is good as zinc supplement. 40 mg/day is the upper limit recommended dose for adult. Zitcare capsules of 1 mg. Is also available. However as your doctor the correct dose required for you.
