I am having itching and rashes on my full body and I got scratches badly on my skin due to itching and itching pimples on my penis testicle and butt area. My 4 year old baby is having allergic cough since 2 years. We are treating her with syp. Levolin and syp. Effrine (chlorpheniramine with phenyl ephrine) daily for almost these 2 yrs. Along with inhalers. Does this chronic use of these medicines will cause any side effects.

You received enough treatment for ringworm. Better to consult a dermatologist. In place of itraconazole, terbinafine can be taken with proper investigations and follow up. Keep the area dry, clean and maintain hygiene.

My girl is 4.5 months old amd she use to split her milk in a very huge amount like vomiting. Sometimes its direct milk or sometimes its curd like material. She is doing this since she was 1 month old but from last few days she is splitting alot. Paed said it could be infection so just gave enterogermina. Later after 2 weeks she got cold and cough because of cough she was not able to digest anything and would split all the time. She is still having cold and whenever cough she would split again. This usually happens one or two times in a day. Whats the reason please suggest is this normal with kids.

My son is 3 year 7 month old. He is physically grown and active in all activities. But the main problem is he does not speak in normal conversation, he can identify all words even he remembers a to z and 1 to 10. He speaks many words rather. But he generally don't talk to us the way children of his age do. Major problem is he is extremely restless. He does not listen. His behavior is so restless and violent that we regret always after taking him outside. He is always distracted. People thinks he is mentally not ok. Though he is not. People gets irritated. One counsellor I contacted, he told that he is adhd patient. Now problem is what doctor should I consult whether a paediatrician, paed neurologist, or paed psychiatrist, or a normal psychologist. Confused getting very afraid as situation is not improving. Due to distraction he is not learning speaking and cannot get him admission in any school. Sir guide us what should we do?

Only your hba1c average blood glucose, triglycerides and alp are not in range. Remaining all tests are almost normal and nothing to fear about.
You need to start insulin as your hba1c is not in the limit. Actually maintaining 12 years on oral diabetic drugs is appreciative. Average blood sugar is 194 which need to be controlled immediately.
