Hello,
Tramadol consists of opioid. Stopping opioid after consuming for long time causes withdrawal symptom and as a result person starts using it again. To stop it most important thing required are persistent motivation and good detoxification measure. There are various detoxification treatment available with high success rate. After detoxification you can be started on a antagonist medicine to avoid relapse. You can consult me or nearby psychiatric clinic for the same. Best Wishes.
