Iminoral has some known side effects like hypertension and rise in creatinine. But as long as you are on regular follow up with the dermatolgist, no need to worry. Check your blood pressure once in a week for 4 wks and serum creatinine (plus cbc) every aftr 2 wks for 1 month and then monthly interval. U can continue the tablet for 3 to 6 months with regular check up of parameters. Take care and be under regular follow up with the dermatolgist. Thanks.

Good evening. Erythrodermic psoriasis is a serious condition. Recovery depends on how bad it is initially. It usually requires hospital admission. Medications take weeks to act for proper control and months to taper off the medications to a maintenance dose. In short, it will take months and will be a slow process.
