1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet
2. Destress yourself.
3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day.
4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice.Condition your hair after shampooing .

I would advice you not to use any soap locally as it disturbs the vaginal pH. Instead use lactacyd vaginal wash daily before bath. You can use clotrimazole and see if it helps as well

Only ointment will not work. First get it properly diagnosed if it is fungal only. If yes then you need to take full course of oral anti fungal tablets.
