No any tab good or bad.
The tablet which suits you n your bp is maintained is good for you.
Only tab heardly work you have to control your diet, change lifestyle, add excercise simplest is brick walk 40 min, five days a week.
Listen every tablet have some or more side effects, so you can't change every medicine two months or so.
Better to consult your doctor, because your treating doctor must know which tab you have stop, or switch on.

Hi, At your age we need to rule out secondary causes of hypertension apart from only treating it. What are your current bp readings? Do not stop concor without consulting as at this age beta blockers are mainstay in hypertension due to increased sympathetic tone. Take Care.

It's cause of concern that your insulin is not acting to neutralize the sugar while you are taking good medicines prescribed by your experience doctor. This is non response of drugs. It's not fault in treatment by your doctor. I would suggest the support of ayurveda medicine as support to your current medicine. Both won't counteract with each other. Observing the response of this integrative approach, further directions would be decided.
If you agree, I would mention the first phase of safe,...more
