It is not advisable or safe to take medicines like clonazepam without it being specifically prescribed by your doctor or without their supervision. Also, it is not a treatment for anxiety, merely something that provides relief from symptoms for a few hours. If you have anxiety, I would advise meeting a medical practitioner and starting proper treatment.

Hello, thanks for the query.

Dear user, have you taken a regular blood test? If you have please mention what your haemoglobin levels are like and if you have not, I would suggest you to get a complete blood count taken. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

Instead of medication, first try lifestyle measures like - daily exercising for 40-45 mins, avoiding stimulants like caffeine and decreasing foods with high salt intake like pickles, chips, chutneys etc (salt added during cooking is fine) and quitting smoking (in case you smoke) If after 6-8 weeks of these measures your BP is still high, you will need medications in addition to these lifestyle measures.
