mostly there is no risk because the food also must have been heated.
But usually also take a tetanus toxoid booster dose if not taken in past 5 years.

You will need to apply local oint as an antiseptic like tbact oint twice a day for one week and some oral antibiotics as well. Frequent dressing are required with cleaning atleast twice a day. If tetanus toxoid hasn't been taken, then take that too.
