Will need to reintroduce the previous medicine one by one when ot/pt return to nornal. Only streptomycin and ethambutol is not sufficient to treat.

Few patient can have drug side effect. Get LFT and serum uric acid test done and consult your doctor as TB medicine needs reduction of dose at 2 months.

It's very important that how long you are facing these symptoms. If these symptoms are of short duration. You should definitely try to rule out covid by doing your rt-pcr test for covid. As the incidence of covid is very high in present scenario.

If ony one dose of solonex is missed thennothing to worry.But you have not mentioned proper quantity as there is no rifampicin having 800mg or ethambotol having 450 mg

Need all tests again. Get lft to rule out drug induced hepatitis if tests favours then medicine can be reduced and will need minimum of 6 months.

Ethambutol a anti tb drug can cause optic neuritis which is recoverable after stopping ethambutol. Remain in touch with ophthalmologist and pulmonologist
