Dear Lybrateuser, you have not mentioned the duration of present ATT therapy.
Please note that TB treatment is a step wise therapy and despite best efforts some side effects like vomiting & loss of appetite occur at start of treatment.
You should have patience and please don't change / switch / alter TB medicines or their doses.
Kindly reconsult your doctor to solve this issue.

Lymph node tb is a serious condition with a several months treatment plan. Antibiotics like isoniazid, rifampin, and ethambutol are prescribed by physicians. your fever is almost under controll means medicine has started working. If you show good response to treatment why go for vsensitivity test, if no response to above drugs then next step will be taken, take above medicine with a single day miss and take good nutritious diet with milk, egg, fruits and vegetables good luck.

Will need to reintroduce the previous medicine one by one when ot/pt return to nornal. Only streptomycin and ethambutol is not sufficient to treat.

If you are only on these two medicine since begining then your treatment is wrong. Need pyrazinamide in first 2 months of your treatment and also dose of ethambutol is not as per yout weight. Get urine examination routine and culture to r/o urine infection.
