Sometimes if the connection between nose and eyes duct is wide and you put eye drops this will go into nose and produces irritation and congestion and if congestion stays for long time this leads to infection, if having infection in nose than take antibiotics and decongestant under guidance from nose surgeon.

Yes sometimes drops causes irritation in the nose as eyes and nose are connected through tubes to each other, as the drops go in the nose, some may get irritation.

acupat is basically an antiallergic.
To best of my knowledge it has no bad effect on sinus.
Regarding allergy. You should avoid rubbing eyes. Do cold compresses and keep using acupat twice daily.

For these allergic conditions unless you avoid the allergens triggering this you can't control it without medicine please protect your eyes with dark glasses whenever you are exposed to these circumstances.
