Combiflam contains ibuprufen with paracetamol (500mg) and is likely to cause gastric irritation. Paracetamol 650 is preferred since it does not cause severe gastric problem.

Paracetamol in low dose can be taken but needs a careful supervision by the gastroenterologist as paracetamol can be harmful to liver. The cause of high bilirubin needs to be investigated first as theere are various types of bilirubin rise with different causes behind.

Probably she is allergic to ibuorofen. You can use paracetamol as analgesic, instead & stop all other medicines.
