Viral fever takes 3-5 days. But if fever persist for long or associated with other symptoms like rashes/ nausea/vomiting/ severe headache/ breathlessness/pain in chest or abdomen etc then please update for further guidance or consult physician, as you may require physical check up & blood investigations. You can take tab. Paracetamol 650 after meals, 3 times daily (only if you are not allergic to the drug) for symptomatic relief.
