Count is on the lower side but what is important is motility. Also you need to check for any infection. Your wife's age and her tests are equally important. Please get all the basic tests done so that a plan can be decided for your treatment.

He is definitely having oligospermia. He has to undergo full 3 months course for infertility or else if his sperms are good, one of them could be extracted and injected by in vitro fertilisation too i.e. A test tube baby. Do not worry it can be solved. Better would be to consult a qualified sexologist in private.
