Myself m 41 years suffered from rheumatoid arthritis in childhood. Also took penicillin 12l injection & colsprin/ ecosprin tab as prescribed by doctors till 30 years. Now leading healthy life though under surviliance & regular check up. Does covid vaccine safe for me. Covaxin or covishield which will be preferred.

You must be having Rheumatic Fever where Penicillin is given upto 25/30 yrs monthly. You can take either one Covishield or Covaxin.

Hello sir/mam. My age is 57 years, I have undergone second time PTCA [LAD 100%] and [RCA 70%], 3 stunts have been introduced, earlier also I have undergone PTCA [LAD 95%]. I am DM+HTN patient, my present medicines are TAB CEFTUM 500MG / TAB BRILLINTA 90MG / TAB COLSPRIN 100MG / TAB ROZUKKA 20MG / TAB PINOM A / TAB CYBLEX M 60 XR / TAB DYTOR 10MG, my blood sugar level pp is 130 and BP is 120/80, I go for a regular brisk walk daily of 6 km, my driving is about one an a half hour daily, my problem is long breathing after luch, BP shoots up upto 150/90, less sleep and heavy stomach after lunch and dinner, some times small pain in left hand, I feel tired and exhausted in the evening, my office work is supply chain management which requires 8-10hours daily which is heavy stressful work. Please suggest how can I regain my normal life.

You must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking if you do.

tablet colsprin 100 mg -3 tablets to be chewed at chest pain
many more medicines. Not advised to take without consulting a doctor.

Take angispan tr twice daily together with your regular medicines if still not better get a tmt. If positive see a cardiologist.

Never neglect a person with chest pain
Make the person sit in a slightly reclined position
Move the person to a more ventilated area
Administer aspirin or sorbitrate
If person is sweating profusely or pulse is low do not administer sorbitrate
Ask the person to cough
Seek immediate medical attention
A person suffering from a heart attack should receive medical care within one hour.
