Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and as far as medication is concerned I will suggest you to take tablet pan-l before breakfast daily and take a break for 10days after every three months.

Hi,
Please follow these home remedies to cure constipation:
- Eat a big bowl of papaya daily before or after food.
- Soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning everyday.
- Add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning.

if the stone is at the level of ischial spine, it must be small in size, hence passable per urethra. Treatment you took will not help pass the stone out. It was wrong treatment. If you dot have pain now then try oral forced diuresis:

Telogen effluvium won't last for 1 and half year. And mdt for leprosy doesn't cause hair loss unless you were given steroids for reaction in leprosy.
