Here’s a sample diet you can follow:
A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts.

If you want to eat oranges then no problem. It should be taken preferably in the day time and avoid eating in the night .Eating Orange is very healthy. It has vitamin C to fight common cold.

Do you apply nail paint.
If so keep nails without nail paint for 3-4 days in between.
Use good quality nail paint.
