You have to drink slowly and do not gulp. If it is with only orange you are allergic to it and avoid it.

dear lybrate user,citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C,which boosts our immunity...so citrus fruits are good in cold...but should not be taken cold...directly from refrigerator....and if you have acidity.

Hi vishnu eating oranges is good for baby as contains vitamin C and ginger tea helps to clean system.
Both are healthy food don't worry it won't lead to bleeding in early pregnancy

I would also suggest you to avoid any citrus fruit or fruit juice as during dengue your platelets will be low and any citrus fruit can trigger acidity and inturn may cause bleeding.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and Get your blood checked for CBC Mp widal UrineR and follow up with reports.
