Cough could be due to acid reflux.
 
 take hot saline gargles atleast 5 - 6 times a day, it will help to clear the throat . 
steam inhalation also helps to clear respiratory passages. 
sprinkling eucalyptus oil on the clothes and pillows while sleeping will help. 
elevating the upper body and head by propping up with 2 - 3 pillows at night will help to relieve post nasal drip which worsens dry cough.
 hot soup infused with ginger, tulsi, pepper should be taken.

Yes u can take it safely. But not empty stomach and not more than twice a day as it contain cetrizine. It also contain Phenylephrine which is only recommended for use during pregnancy when benefit outweighs risk. So I suggest u take medicines without phenylephrine

I-Kul plus contaions Phenylephrine which must not be used for very long periods. Continued use of any eye drops without indication is harmful as the preservatives used can also cause harm.
I would not suggest using this for prolonged periods.

Hello, hatric 3 is a combination of 3 medicines, cpm, paracetamol, & phenylephrine. Its not at all recommonded for infants.
