Usually Infertility treatments do not stop at just giving tablets, if patient does not conceive in a reasonable amount of time say 3-6 months then, tests are done to ascertain normalcy of ovulation, fallopian tubes and sperm count.

Most of the time with such treatment serial sonography is done to observe growth of follicles and ovulation.
If that is done person doing sonography can suggest same at right time.
