Do not worry. You are taking ovulation inducing drugs like clomiphene and gonadotropin (fsh. Your development of follicles and subsequent ovulation will be controlled by drugs. You need to undergo folliculometry and when adequate size of follicle along with endometrial thickness is reached, inj hcg is given to trigger release of egg.

according to me if you have pcod then getting pregnant is very rare, because it one of the commonest cause of infertilty.
You can also get your infertilty checked with and ultrsonography also.
You just need to get your ultrasound done on the second day of your menses, which will tell the antral count of you eggs.
So, if the antral count is less than 6-7 then this means your have insufficient formation of eggs which is not letting you get pregnant.

It differs so with such treatment usually serial sonography is done to look for ovulation.
Understand and accept increased risk to both mother and baby because of age.
As it is better to have early pregnancy meet infertility specialist and discuss ivf-icsi.
